Project Progress Report

• Land has been acquired and have completed most of the customary legal hoops. Construction activities will start soon after NA clearance is received (Expected in near future)
• All architectural and engineering drawings (Structure design, Electric Planning, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.) are done. The builder is not selected yet.
• Management company is created and organized.
• Marketing has begun in USA, UK, Canada and New Zealand.
  • – We have prepared the post cards, brochure, animation video and the website as primary marketing tools. If the viewer responds or inquires further, we have prepared the PowerPoint presentation to explain the project in detail at a face- to-face meeting. Additionally, we may also resort to TV ads on Indian channels.
